Ahead of Omarosa Manigault-Newman’s release of her new tell-all book ‘Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House,’ she’s been on a media blitz and has even released audio clips to back up her claims. It’s hard to know which liar to believe, but Lordy, there are tapes. And Manigault-Newman told MSNBC’s Katy Tur that she’s been interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller.
In the interview, Manigault-Newman said Donald Trump “absolutely” had prior knowledge that WikiLeaks had emails from Hillary Clinton campaign associates. The former White House aide also said that campaign officials were instructed to “bring up the emails at every point they could” during the end of the campaign.
“Did Donald Trump know about those emails before they came out?” Tur asked.
“Absolutely,” Manigault-Newman said.
“He knew what was coming up before WikiLeaks released them?” Tur pressed on.
“Yes,” Manigault-Newman replied.
Tur asked the former White House aide whether she was implying that Trump had a backchannel to WikiLeaks, and Omarosa replied, “I didn’t say that, you did.”
“I will say that I am going to expose the corruption that went on in the campaign and in the White House,” Manigault- Newman added.

U.S. Intelligence officials have linked the hacked emails to a broader plot by Russia to interfere in the presidential election.
Special counsel Robert Mueller indicted 12 Russian intelligence officers last month for launching cyberattacks against the DNC and systems involved in the U.S. electoral process.
So far, Donald Trump has done nothing to remedy this attack on our election system and has repeatedly called the investigation a ‘hoax.’
