Ted Cruz Self-Owns Himself, Accidentally Posts Video Promoting Beto O’Rourke

A white Dallas, Texas police officer fatally shot her black neighbor inside his home earlier this month. The officer claimed that she mistook Jean’s apartment for her own, a story most find very suspicious especially since the cop’s version of events has not been consistent and her apartment is on a different floor. Officer Amber Guyger was charged with manslaughter after she shot her 26-year-old black neighbor, but she has not been fired. Black people aren’t even safe in their own homes anymore.

Meanwhile, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) decided to post a video of Congressman Beto O’Rourke, his opponent, but all it really did was promote Beto. We’re not sure why Cruz did this unless he is OK with an officer coming inside of an unarmed black man’s home and gunning him down without cause. Again, the officer was charged with manslaughter so we’re not sure what part of this story Cruz doesn’t get.

Twitter users thanked Cruz for promoting Beto O’Rourke.

O’Rourke, who has refused to accept PAC donations, has outraised Cruz by millions. Still, the race is neck and neck so it could go either way.

You can donate to Beto’s campaign here.
