Trump Kicks Off His Sunday Morning By Whining About His Unfavorable Poll Numbers

Donald Trump kicked off his Sunday morning by lashing out at the “failing’ New York Times and even hashtagged it #CROOKEDJOURNALISM, then pivoted to his unfavorable poll numbers, insisting that his unpopularity is the media’s fault. But first, Trump claimed the Times is taking part in a ‘Racism Witch Hunt’ even though yesterday the former reality show star attacked Antifa but did not condemn the Proud Boys after the latter was set to hold a demonstration with the former ready to counterprotest the controversial group. Trump has been a racist for his entire life, and his history in that area is well documented.

On to the whine-fest!

Trump then lashed out over his poll numbers.

We thought he claimed to have already Made America Great Again.

Twitter users hit back at the thin-skinned ‘president.’

In a transcript of the Times’ town-hall meeting, executive editor Dean Baquet grappled with how to deal with Trump’s character.

“How do we cover America, that’s become so divided by Donald Trump?” he asked. “How do we grapple with all the stuff you all are talking about? How do we write about race in a thoughtful way, something we haven’t done in a large way in a long time? That, to me, is the vision for coverage. You all are going to have to help us shape that vision.”

A total witch hunt, you guys!

As for Trump’s poll numbers, even Fox News shows that disapproval rating jumped five percentage points.

The Root reports:

The poll was taken shortly after the nation suffered two mass shootings, one of them racially motivated, which many believe was ignited by Trump’s divisive rhetoric.

The ‘president’ has inspired mass shooters on more than one occasion and his response is always very weak. Maybe if this motherfucker would stop doing racist shit, then people would quit calling him a racist, IDK.

Trump is worried about the upcoming recession and he’s trying to deflect from that.
