Trump Won The Election Over Two Years Ago And He’s Still Claiming That He Won The Popular Vote

On an awful day in January of 2017, Donald Trump, a serial bankruptcy-filer and failed businessman, was given the keys to the White House, making the former reality show star with zero political experience the most powerful man in the world. Since that day, Trump, the least popular ‘president’ in the history of polling, has tried repeatedly to claim that he won the popular vote, despite Hillary Clinton winning it by nearly three million votes. Over two years later since his ‘victory,’ Trump repeated that claim on Twitter while tagging the lint-licking conspiracy theorists at Judicial Watch.

“Wow, Report Just Out! Google manipulated from 2.6 million to 16 million votes for Hillary Clinton in 2016 Election!, President Exclamation Mark tweeted. “This was put out by a Clinton supporter, not a Trump Supporter! Google should be sued. My victory was even bigger than thought!”

Twitter users were baffled by Trump’s peculiar obsession with his former rival.

As usual, the thin-skinned ‘president’ offered no sources to back up his claim. It’s clear that Trump just can’t get over Hillary and his obsession is so deep that we’re really glad that the former Secretary of State has a security detail. None of this is normal, of course, but Trump’s fire-breathing base that wants him to be more popular than he is, will believe anything he tweets and accept it as fact. According to a POLITIC/Morning Consult Poll in 2017, approximately half of Trump voters, 49 percent, believed Trump won the popular vote. In contrast, 40 percent rightly said that his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton won the popular vote.

And this comes from a ‘man’ who thinks literally every poll is deceitful, even Fox News.
